Judge Ordered Chris Brown back to Anger Management Rehab with a New Rules

Chris Brown was scheduled to appear in a Los Angeles courtroom yesterday afternoon to update a judge on his probation in connection with the 2009 assault of former girlfriend, Rihanna.
The singer, who has been on probation since the incident, was arrested on October 27 on a felony assault charge after allegedly hitting a man in front of the Washington D.C. Hotel. Brown’s charge was later reduced to a misdemeanour. Since then, he voluntarily entered and left a rehab program for anger management but still receiving treatment as an outpatient.

TMZ reported that Chris was booted from his rehab program earlier this month for throwing a rock through his mom's car window ....

The probation report in the Rihanna case, outlines what happened during Chris 13 days in a Malibu rehab joint for anger management counselling.

According to the report, Chris' mom showed up for a family session and was urging her son to stay in the facility for extended treatment.  Apparently, Chris violently disagreed with her and in a fit of anger threw a rock through her car window, shattering it.

The report goes on to say without continued therapy and a strong recovery support network, Probation says his prognosis is "very guarded."

And here's an interesting detail from the report: before Chris entered rehab on October 29th, he says he had issues with Attention Deficit Disorder and also underwent a period of depression.
According to Fox News, On Wednesday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin has ordered Brown to serve three months in a residential treatment facility and to submit to drug testing.
The judge also ordered the R&B singer to perform at least 24 hours of community labour per week. The singer appeared in court Wednesday with his girlfriend Karrueche Tran and only spoke once to acknowledge he agreed to the terms imposed by the judge.
At Geragos' request, Brown was also ordered to take any medications his doctor prescribed.
Brown's attorney Mark Geragos said the terms imposed by the judge were recommended by probation officers and the singer has agreed to abide by them.
If the Grammy-winner is found guilty of assaulting the victim, Brown may still face a probation violation and face four years in prison for the incident in Washington, however Brandlin ordered probation officials to gather additional details about the case and report back for a Dec. 16 hearing.
