Ukraine Political Unrest: The World has gone livid. Where will this lead???

The violence and bloodshed that has engulfed Kiev on February, 20, 2014 has turned the landmark of Ukraine into a burnt warzone of barricades, burned tents and makeshift weapons. Anti-government protesters were taking cover while under fire from police snipers during clashes with riot police in central Kiev.
It was the bloodiest clashes in Kiev since anti-government demonstrations kicked off three months ago after Mr Yanukovych shelved an association agreement with the EU in favour of closer ties with Russia. Moscow then announced a multi-billion pound bailout for Ukraine, whose economy is in tatters.
Confirmed statement on the website of the Health Ministry said 77 people had been killed between Tuesday morning, when the violence began, and this morning. The statement said 577 people had been wounded and 369 hospitalized.
The peaceful showpiece of the ancient capital of Kiev, with an architectural history dating back to hundreds of years became a focal point for political rallies, yesterday.
The White House said the US was outraged by scenes of Ukrainian security forces firing automatic guns on protesters and urged Mr Yanukovych to withdraw forces immediately from central Kiev. No American sanctions were announced.
UK nationals currently visiting or living in Kiev are advised to stay inside. Downing Street said Mr Cameron was seeking to build support for a roadmap for a peaceful resolution proposed by European foreign ministers who held talks with both sides in Kiev yesterday.
Following Mr Cameron phone conversation with Mr Putin, Number 10 said that Mr Cameron and the Russian president had agreed that they should both "encourage all sides in Ukraine to get behind this emerging plan as a way to end the violence and open the way to a lasting peaceful solution".
But Russia's foreign minister, Sergey Lavrov, accused the West of applying "double standards" in the conflict, telling a press conference in Baghdad: "The opposition cannot or does not wish to distance itself from extremist groups.
According to people and hearsay about Russia – Mr Putin is not using his influence to press his authority on Ukraine. Russia gives oil and natural gas to Ukraine on lowest prices! If Bandera wins and EU (USA) will get what they want - Ukraine will be doomed...
In my opinion, please don’t come for me, I am not a politician. I just want to voice out my opinion on this blog. I fear people have turned a corner into a world that is full of darkness and innocent blood shedding. No political and philosophical narration is needed. How are we able to support life without the risk of societal breakdown at every turn? I always thought that with the collapse of communism and the break-up of the Soviet Union that the Ukrainian people would go on to have real freedom and better lives, how badly wrong I was. According to hear say, cash machine are not dispensing money and rich people are leaving the country with their private jet and where does that leave the poor.
The way the governments treat their own people these days it’s nothing to write home about, it’s terrible when the people of these countries- Ukraine, Nigeria Venezuela and Syria have to do all this rioting, but at the end of the day the government shouldn’t promise things if they can’t keep them.
This massacre of protesters will only fuel the current wave of protests and will push the protesters to become more radical, extreme and violent in retaliation. Already few reports of policemen being killed and this is exactly how the Syrian civil war started... looks like history is on the verge of repeating itself... I hope I'm wrong! Please God give us peace in our nation!
